Who are we?
Historically we were a dairy farm…
As a former dairy farmer, I have always had a passion for working with cattle. After a few years of being out of the dairy business I started to slowly build a beef herd and focused towards genetics for high quality of beef.

Farm Raised
We farm on a century farm located in SE Iowa.
We eat what we grow and offer the best farm-to-table meats to our customers with care and pride. We raise and sell mainly Rubia Gallega beef.

Genetics!
Most of our cattle are Waygu crossed with Charolais cattle as well as Waygu Holstein cross.
We are now also cross breeding with Rubia Gallega cattle as well as developing a purebred Rubia Gallega herd.
